The fitness classes at our gym are designed to accommodate everyone. With a range of exercises and routines we aim to help you reach your goals. Weather that’s to lose weight, build muscle, tone specific body parts, or just simply get fitter. From running on the treadmill and using the rowing machine to doing box jumps and and kettle bell swings, each of the training sessions will be varied and fun.
