Our classes are packed with energy and provide an excellent environment to improve your fitness level. Whether you’re looking to get into shape orpreparing for a fight, our classes have something for everyone.
Class Features
Our classes include a wide range of fitness and cardio machines, along with various equipment to ensure a comprehensive workout. Here’s what you can expect:Weights: Build strength with a variety of weight options.Slam Balls: Enhance your explosive power and core strength.Sand Bags: Improve your endurance and stability.Battle Ropes: Perfect for high-intensity interval training, increasing cardiovascular endurance.Kettlebells: Versatile tools for improving strength, flexibility, and balance.Punch Bag Drills: Ideal for fighters or anyone wanting to improve their punching technique and conditioning.
Class Schedule
Our classes are held at convenient times to fit into your busy schedule:
Monday and Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM
Saturday Morning: 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM

From running on the treadmill and using the rowing machine to doing box jumps and and kettle bell swings, each of the training sessions will be varied and fun.
